Our program includes audio-based practices on how lifestyle affects fetal brain development and what you can do about it. As an expectant mother, we know you make many changes to your life to create the healthiest environment for your developing baby. A mindful pregnancy can result in many benefits that other interventions do not offer. The Unique Footprints prenatal mindfulness training will give you the general knowledge and skills to establish a mindfulness practice that will positively impact your own health and also improve the in-utero environment that will positively influence the psychological and physical health of your baby later in life.

Each week you’ll have the chance to de-stress, improve the health of both you and baby and learn practices that you can use at anytime to calm your body as you prepare for a smooth and positive transition into motherhood.
