Unique Footprints was created in the Labor & Delivery room when founder and nurse, Jenny Morrow, was helping “catch babies.” At Unique Footprints we believe that every life is a miracle and our goal is to help advocate for you. We create evidence-based programs to offer convenient and realistic ways for you to integrate health into your everyday life.

Jenny Morrow
RN, IBCLC, LCCE, RYT
Jenny is a mom, neonatal nurse, lactation consultant, childbirth educator, yoga instructor and founder of Unique Footprints (online pregnancy and early motherhood courses). Jenny has taught over 10,000 expecting families how to prepare for this time in their lives.
The idea for Unique Footprints was created in the Labor & Delivery room when Jenny was helping “catch babies.” She believes every life is a miracle and just as each newborn’s footprint is unique to them, each pregnancy and parenting journey is equally unique. Her hope is that through Unique Footprints you will find your Mom Squad and feel supported as you tackle the most important job on the planet!
Chelsey Charbeneau
C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Chelsey is the founder of Breathe Meditation and Wellness (voted Best Wellness Space by Dallas Observer) and a Lululemon ambassador. Chelsey’s certifications include Yoga Therapy RYT 500 hr, Thai Yoga Massage, Prenatal Yoga, Ashtanga 200 hr and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her expertise covers a wide spectrum from the strict Ashtanga method to a Prenatal Therapeutic approach. Her goal is always to provide an experience that is nurturing, personal and safe. Caroline Susie

Caroline Susie is a Registered Dietitian, wife, mother of a 3 month old and two Jack Russel Terriers. Through her Dietitian practice, she helps women sort through nutrition trends to find the best evidence based nutrition approach for their lifestyle. She currently specializes in prenatal and postnatal nutrition and believes that taking a personalized nutrition approach is best. She is a contributor to Fox News and many other publications. Personally, Caroline is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running, yoga, tennis and is a lover of food. You can learn more about Caroline here.
Katharine Ottone
M.Ed., LPC
Katharine Ottone, is a “Mom-Approved Therapist” from DFW Magazine. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor, holds a Master’ degree from Texas Christian University, am on fellowship with their Ph.D. Counseling and Counselor Education Program. She is an expert on solution-focused brief therapy for prenatal woman, children and families, developmental trauma and mindfulness.
She has her own practice that focuses on child and family therapy. Her focus is improving the health of children by working with all aspects of their lives. This focus ranges from prenatal support to mothers, effective parenting, psychotherapy and skill building for children in individual/group settings, mental training for extracurricular activities, transitioning to young adulthood, family therapy, and teacher/coach training. Lauren Margolies

Lauren is a mom of two and yoga practitioner, who specializes in mommy and me stress-reduction techniques. She began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to increase flexibility, but quickly realized so many other benefits, including the ability to quiet the mind. After having two children, as a working mom, she recognized her yoga/meditation practice was paramount in creating harmony in daily life. Through her specialized training as a registered yoga teacher, it became clear that this was something she needed to share with others. She has been teaching yoga and meditation consistently since then. Lauren’s goal as a teacher is to compassionately guide others to find more balance and peace through yoga and meditation. Stephanie Morrow
MSN, RN, CPN
Stephanie holds her Masters in Nursing Education and is a professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has a background as a pediatric ICU nurse and is passionate about holistic, evidence-based care for the entire family. Personally, Stephanie is working on her own preconception prep, is a runner, loves to read and snuggle up with her husband and two disabled dogs that are more than animals – they are family.
Mary Cantwell

Mary is the founder of Rest to Your Nest, she’s an award-winning holistic sleep coach (named DFW Child Best for 3 years in a row!). She is a Certified Sleep Consultant by Family Sleep Institute and specializes in newborns, infants, toddlers, preschool and school aged children’s sleep and sleep routines. Through the Unique Footprints program you’ll learn infant sleep habits, milestones and transitions to help you prepare on a whole new level for this time in your life. Jennifer Todd-Barnard

Jennifer is the founder of Baby Begin and as an occupational therapist, she has become an expert on treating torticollis and correcting flat heads without a helmet. Beby Begin has treated over 6,000 babies worldwide since 2008 and they are just getting started! After working for the leading helmet provider, she saw there was a clear gap in education for new parents regarding plagiocephaly (flat head) and torticollis (tight neck). They just were not getting essential information about conservative treatment for these conditions and their babies were ending up with significant skull deformities. Katie Sardone

Dr. Katie Sardone is a Licensed Psychologist and the founder of Behavioral Health Dallas, PLLC. She is also a Certified Maternal Mental Health Expert for prenatal/postnatal. She has provided individualized care for women in antepartum, postpartum, and outpatient clinics, as well as mothers of infants in the NICU and is specialized in providing intervention with infants, children, parents and families managing medical, developmental and emotional disorders. Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the provision of psychotherapy and group support services with individuals of all ages and their families. She has advanced training and experience working with individuals from infancy through adulthood. She’s passionate in helping individuals cope with various mental health conditions such as fertility issues, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship concerns, parenting, and life transitions. Yaprak Harrison

Dr. Yaprak Harrison, is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, UT Southwestern, and has a special interest in women’s wellness and mental health. She has a passion for women’s issues at all stages of life. Serving as a member on the women’s mental health team at UT Southwestern, she helped start a wellness and mental health program at Obstetrics and Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic where women could be seen for comprehensive wellness needs. She transitioned to full time private practice at Behavioral Health Dallas. Other interests include cross-cultural psychiatry and mental health issues associated with immigration. Aysha Najjab

Dr. Aysha Najjab provides individual, couple, and group therapy for older adolescents and adults at Behavioral Health Dallas. She is passionate about helping individuals from all backgrounds who want to improve their mental and emotional well-being. Dr. Najjab uses a supportive, evidence-based and collaborative approach to therapy. She recognizes the importance of working holistically to address how a client’s life might be impacted by past experiences, relationships, health, and socio-cultural factors. Dr. Margaret Vadiee provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults at Behavioral Health Dallas. She is one of few providers in Dallas who specialize in Infant Mental Health. Throughout her career, she has achieved advanced training and practice in maternal-child attachment intervention, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. She also holds a certificate in the specialty of Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. Her practice integrates evidence-based intervention with individualized and compassionate care. She has experience treating a wide range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, parent-child attachment issues, and family relationship concerns. Neeti is an elementary school counselor and mental health professional specializing in child development and behavioral modification. She understands wholeheartedly the stress, joy and angst of motherhood. During the pandemic she returned to job and it looked a little different this year. While balancing her home and work life, she is counseling virtually to make sure all the mental health needs of her students are met while juggling her two young children. Claire Burnett

Claire is a registered yoga instructor with a specialty in postnatal practices and is a certified mental health coach. She has a passion for helping women address mental health issues through functional movement as well as providing a healthy escape for everyday stressors. As an individual who has suffered trauma, anxiety, and depression she is committed to creating accessible resources for women, especially for underserved and marginalized communities. Elizabeth Rohe

Elizabeth is a Functional Medicine Practitioner and has a passion for fertility, pre/post-pregnancy health, and finding the root cause for multiple miscarriages. She also focuses on hormone balance, menstrual issues, fatigue, decreasing inflammation, gut and skin health, and overall well being. Elizabeth recognizes that each person is genetically unique and wonderfully made, and your care should be specific to you. She looks at the body as one large interactive ecosystem focusing on whole-body health.
Alyse Willett

Alyse is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults seeking to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing at Behavioral Health Dallas. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with a range of issues, including anxiety, mood, traumatic experiences, and transitional life stressors.
