The Adventure Includes

An opening and closing, multimedia on mindful movement, self-care and meditation.  By the end of the retreat, you’ll have a mindfulness foundation that you can use On-The-Go.

Logistics + Tips

Clear your calendar for the next 45 minutes, listen to your body and adjust as needed during the mindful movement portion, gather your tools such as a yoga mat, candle, essential oil, tea and water.  Wear something comfy that stretches and you feel good in.

To get started all you have to do is click on the videos below to access that portion of the virtual retreat.  You can go in any order you’d like but we recommend following the traditional order from opening to closing for best results.  Let’s grab our virtual cup of tea and get our mindfulness on, we’re excited to meet you on the mat!
