This program is designed to help you calm the mind and handle stress with greater ease, feel more present and focused, reduce fear associated with your upcoming birth, decrease pregnancy discomforts and pain associated with labor, have compassion with others and create a mindful self-care routine. It is based on the concepts of mindfulness meditation practices and teaches mindful movement through yoga, mindful eating, breathing, guided meditations and mindful self-care. Each class builds on the one before but you can drop in at any time. Between classes there is home practice and each class is organized around a theme that is explored through both group discussion and mindful practice.
