Once your baby is born, you can come back to class for postnatal yoga exercises that will help restore your body, connect you with your baby and keep you centered. Rebuild core strength and relieve neck and shoulder tension while interacting with your baby in a supportive environment. Baby & Me Yoga classes give new moms a chance to gradually transition back to a regular practice. As a bonus, each class includes self-care techniques for you and babies are treated to a short session of gentle massage. For pre-walkers ages 6 weeks to 2 years.
WHAT TO BRING
Towel, bottle of water and a yoga mat. Once you register, you’ll have access to your member portal and your electronic medical consent form which is required prior to class participation, both you and your physicians signature is required. You and your physician will also be able to include any special restrictions on the consent form. Our goal is to always keep you safe!
